Cancellation Policy
By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which form a binding agreement between you (the client) and TSIRS. These Terms, along with any signed Service Agreement, Quote/Estimate, Invoice, Privacy Policy, and Legal documents on our site, represent the full agreement. 1. Services Provided TSIRS offers handyman and manual labor services, including home maintenance, seasonal work, and specialty projects in Denver, CO, and surrounding areas. 2. Service Deposit & Booking A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all handyman service appointments in person. It secures your spot and applies toward your total. Refunds: Full refund if canceled 24–48 hours in advance. No-shows/late cancellations forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling requires a new deposit. No refund on deposits tied to permit-based services. 3. Pricing & Payments Quotes are estimates only, based on labor & materials. Final pricing may change after on-site review. Material & labor costs require 50% upfront payment when the total amount due is above $1500 The remaining 50% balance for labor/materials is due upon completion. Materials are non-refundable once purchased. No work begins until all deposits/payments are received. 4. Service Area We serve Denver and areas within a 30-mile radius. Travel beyond this may incur additional fees. 5. Client Responsibilities Clients must provide accurate info, ensure safe jobsite access, and communicate any changes promptly. 6. Orders & Cancellations Service is subject to availability. TSIRS may refuse or cancel jobs due to constraints. Refunds are not issued for completed work or purchased materials. 7. Special Terms Permit-Required Work: TSIRS will not proceed without proper documents (If Applicable). Major Plumbing/Electrical Issues: Service may be paused until resolved (If Applicable). Photo-Based Quotes: Subject to change after in-person inspection. Emergency Services: Billed at 2x standard rate. 8. Home Cultivation Projects All grow room setups must comply with local/state laws. Clients are responsible for legality and safety. 9. Right to Refuse Service TSIRS reserves the right to refuse service for lawful reasons. 10.
