TSIRS Services are limited to non-licensed work. We do not provide licensed general contracting, plumbing, HVAC, or electrical work.
Client Acknowledgment: By engaging our services, you acknowledge that TSIRS is not a licensed general contractor, plumber, HVAC technician, or electrician. You accept full responsibility for securing any necessary permits or hiring licensed professionals for tasks requiring such credentials.
3. Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, or any service agreements shall:

If mediation fails, the dispute will proceed to arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Mediation Organization].

5. Limitations of Liability
Waiver of Liability - The Client acknowledges and agrees that by engaging in our services:
TSIRS stands behind its work and offers a 12-Month Service Warranty. If a defect or issue arises due to our workmanship, we will resolve it at no additional cost.
TSIRS is responsible for any physical damage caused by its team or subcontractors. The Client shall not hold TSIRS liable for:

Pre-existing property damage

Delays due to tenant behavior, weather, late deliveries, or third parties

Access limitations

Client shall report any damage claims within 365 days of service completion. Failure to do so waives right to resolution.
General Liability - TSIRS is not liable for:

Pre-existing damage to the property or vehicle.

Delays caused by weather, acts of God, or other factors beyond their control.

TSIRS does not guarantee or warranty any services performed using materials, equipment, or tools supplied by the Client. We believe in standing behind our work, but to do that, we must control the quality of what we install. When outside materials are used, we cannot vouch for their safety, fit, or longevity, and therefore, we cannot offer any guarantees in such cases.

Work stoppages due to major unresolved electrical, hvac or plumbing issues identified during service.

Issues resulting from materials supplied by the Client

Items left in the work area that are not removed by the Client

Pets left unsupervised or unsecured during service hours

Client-supplied hardware, tools, or materials (these void all warranties)
The Client agrees to provide a safe and accessible environment and holds TSIRS harmless from any losses resulting from unsafe, unprepared, or restricted job conditions.
Liability Cap - TSIRS liability for any damages is strictly limited to the total amount paid for Services.
Quality Control Policy – Client-Supplied Materials - To uphold our commitment to quality, safety, and professional workmanship, The Struggle is Real Services, LLC does not warranty, guarantee, or adjust job pricing for delays, failures, or defects caused by client-supplied items, including but not limited to incorrect sizes, broken parts, or missing components. We highly recommend that all products used in our work be purchased and supplied directly by TSIRS. This ensures compatibility, allows us to stand behind our workmanship, and helps us maintain the highest safety and quality standards.
6. Changes to Legal Information
We may periodically update our legal information to:

7. Right to Refuse Service

8. Emergency Services Disclaimer
Emergency services outside of our regular business hours are available at 2x the standard rate. Clients requesting emergency services agree to pay this markup to prioritize their needs over existing appointments.
9. Visual Estimates Disclaimer

Quotes based on photos and videos are subject to adjustment if:

Additional work is required beyond what the visuals displayed.

Conditions differ significantly from those shown in the visuals.

Clients must ensure the provided photos and videos accurately reflect the work needed.
10. Permits and Licensed Work

Work requiring permits or licensed professionals must be pre-approved by the client.

TSIRS will not proceed without the necessary approvals, permits or documentation.
In the event of a work stoppage due to unmet permit requirements, TSIRS reserves the right to retain the initial deposit for time spent.
