Please review before your scheduled service.
We’re here to make your life easier, but smooth service starts with clear expectations. Here’s everything you need to know before, during, and after your appointment.
Arrival Time
Our crew aims to arrive on time. Delays can happen due to prior jobs or travel conditions. We’ll notify you if we're running behind.
Access Issues
If we cannot access your property for any reason (locked gate, no response, denied entry), a $100 site visit fee will apply.
Client-Caused Delays
If our team is delayed due to blocked access, incomplete prep, or missing info, a $50 delay fee per 30 minutes will be added.
Work Hours
Our regular hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We do not operate on weekends. Special scheduling must be arranged in advance.
Booking Deposit & Payments

A $100 non-refundable Service Deposit is required to confirm and secure the appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the Services.

For jobs over $1,500, we require 50% of the total cost (materials + labor) up front.

The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion.

Payments can be made by cash, credit card, Venmo, or invoice.
-
Tips are appreciated but never expected — 100% go to your technician(s).
Material, Rentals & Third-Party Costs
Once your booking is confirmed, TSIRS may purchase materials, reserve rental equipment, or schedule third-party services.

If your job is canceled or rescheduled, any non-refundable material, rental, or vendor costs will still be your responsibility.

If these costs are recoverable (e.g. materials can be returned), we’ll refund what we can.
TSIRS is not liable for losses due to changes made by the client after resources have been committed.
Service Agreement
Before work begins, you’ll receive a digital service agreement outlining the scope, schedule, and terms.

Work will not begin, and no payments will be accepted, until this agreement is signed.

You’ll have a chance to ask questions and review everything first.
Estimates & Scope Changes
Estimates provided by phone/email are based on visible details and may shift after onsite review.

If your project changes within 48 hours of service, costs may adjust accordingly.

Any on-site changes will be discussed and approved before we continue.
Workspace Prep
Please clear all work zones before we arrive.

Leave at least 3–5 feet of space around all areas we’ll be servicing.

TSIRS is not responsible for damage to items left in the workspace.

We love pets, but they must be kept secured and away from the work area.

Supervise children and household members to ensure they remain outside the active work zone

Provide technicians with space to work uninterrupted

Add-ons start at $50+ or are time-based. Pricing will be confirmed with you before starting.
Client-Supplied Materials
If you provide your own materials, please double-check that they are correct and on-site.

We do not warranty, guarantee or adjust job pricing for delays or failures caused by client-supplied items (e.g. wrong size, broken parts, or missing components).
Project Wrap-Up
Every service includes a final walkthrough for your approval before we close out the job. If there are any issues, let us know right away so we can make it right.
Warranty & Damage Policy

We proudly offer a 12-month workmanship warranty on all labor.

Any issues resulting from our team’s work will be fixed at no additional charge.

Damage caused by weather, tenants, third parties, or pre-existing issues is not covered.

Any claims must be reported within 365 days of service completion.
Security & Media Consent

We may photograph or video our work for documentation, safety, or training.

Our team may wear body cameras and use on-site surveillance for accountability and legal protection.

By booking our services, you grant us the right to use and store media captured during the project.

All media is the property of TSIRS and may be used for internal, legal, or promotional purposes.
Professional Conduct
All TSIRS staff will:

Announce their arrival.

Only perform work listed in your approved quote or agreement.
-
Respect your home, your privacy, and your time.
-
Return any property access items (e.g. keys, codes) within 24 hours of job completion.
Cancellation Policy
Client Cancellations
-
72+ hours notice: No fee (minus any non-refundable material/vendor costs).
-
Less Than 72 Hours Notice: $100 cancellation fee + unrecoverable costs.
-
Same-day or no-show: Deposit is fully forfeited.
Client Reschedules
-
72+ hours: No fee.
-
Less than 72 hours: Treated as a cancellation.
By booking with TSIRS, you agree to accept full financial responsibility for any costs resulting from your cancellation or reschedule, including materials, rentals, or third-party charges.
TSIRS Cancellations
If we need to cancel or reschedule due to weather, emergencies, or internal issues:

You’ll be notified ASAP.

Deposits will be applied to a new date or refunded.
