These Terms outline the agreement between TSIRS and you, the user, regarding the use of our website and services. By engaging with us online or offline, you consent to these Terms in full.
These Terms and Conditions, together with any signed Service Agreement, Quote/Estimate, Invoice, the Legal Page, Privacy Policy, and all other information presented on our website, constitute the entire agreement between The Struggle is Real Services and you, the client. No other oral or written agreements, promises, or understandings shall be considered binding.
2. Service Overview
The Struggle is Real Services offers handyman & manual labor services, including home maintenance, seasonal work, property care, and specialized projects in Denver, Colorado, and surrounding areas.
3. Service Appointment Deposit
To book and confirm any service appointment, we require a $100 deposit ("Service Deposit").
3.1 Purpose of the Deposit
The Service Deposit guarantees your scheduled service appointment and ensures we allocate time and resources to meet your needs.
The $100 deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward the total cost of the service.
3.2 Deposit Coverage
The Service Deposit covers:

A dedicated service slot at your location.

Travel to your location within our service area.

Initial assessment and preparation for the service appointment.
3.3 Cancellation and Refund Policy

Appointments canceled at least 24 to 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund of the Service Deposit.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the Service Deposit.

To reschedule a missed or canceled appointment, a new $100 Service Deposit will be required.
3.4 Exceptions and Conditions

Deposits for work requiring permits or licensed labor will not be refunded if canceled due to unmet requirements.

Additional charges may apply for services rendered outside the quoted scope or service area.
4. Quotes, Pricing, and Materials
4.1 Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates and may vary after an on-site assessment based on property conditions, service scope, or unforeseen issues.
4.2 Materials & Labor (If Applicable)

Clients are required to pay 50% of estimated material & labor costs upfront before services begin when the total amount due is above $1500.

The remaining 50% balance for materials and labor is due upon service completion.
4.3 Payment Terms

A $100 deposit and 50% of the labor and material costs must be paid upfront when the total amount due is above $1500.

Work will not commence until all required deposits and payments are received.

Material costs are non-refundable once purchased.
5. Service Area
We serve Denver, Colorado, and surrounding areas within a 30-mile radius. Appointments outside this radius may incur additional travel fees.
6. User & Client Responsibilities
By using our website or services, you agree to:

7. Orders and Payments
7.1 Orders
All service bookings are subject to acceptance and availability. TSIRS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to resource constraints or scheduling conflicts.
7.2 Payments
Payments for services must be made in accordance with the terms specified in your service agreement. Payment is required at the time of booking or as outlined in your specific service agreement.
8. Cancellation and Refunds

Refunds are not provided for services already completed.

Deposits and material costs are non-refundable if work has commenced or materials have been purchased.
9. Disclaimers
9.1 Permits and Licensed Work

Any work requiring a permit or licensed labor must be pre-approved. TSIRS will not proceed without required documentation.
9.2 Electrical and Plumbing Issues

Work may be paused if major electrical or plumbing issues arise. The client is responsible for resolving such issues before we can continue.

Deposits may be retained for time spent assessing these issues.
9.3 Visual Estimates

Quotes based on photos and videos are subject to adjustment if additional work beyond the visuals is required.
9.4 Emergency Services

Emergency services outside of our regular business hours are available at 2x the standard rate.
10. Home Cultivation Assistance Disclaimer
We adhere strictly to local, county, and state laws regarding home grow cultivation assistance. Services are tailored to design and build legally compliant setups. Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with laws and keeping grow systems out of reach of children.
11. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or entity under conditions that comply with applicable laws.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with any signed Service Agreement, Quote/Estimate, Invoice, the Legal Page, Privacy Policy, and all other information presented on our website, constitute the entire agreement between The Struggle is Real Services and you, the client. No other oral or written agreements, promises, or understandings shall be considered binding.
